7-Layer Mexican Dip


This is the easiest side dish ever and it never disappoints. It always seems to get devoured.

1 can (16 oz) refried beans
1 pkg (1.25 oz) taco seasoning mix
1 avocado (made into guacamole)
1 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded lettuce
1 cup shredded cheese
1/2 cup green onions
1 can sliced black olives

MIX beans & taco seasoning together. Spread onto bottom of 9-inch pie plate

LAYER remaining ingredients over bean mixture in order from list; cover. Refrigerate until chilled.

Serve with tortilla chips.

Gina's Tips:

You can double the recipe and spread everything on a baking sheet with a lipped edge.
